Last July I did a road trip with a friend of mine, from Marrakech to Tanger, through Ouirgane, Fès, and Chaouen.

During this trip I had 2 favorite places:

The first one is Ouirgane, a small berber town with a local market ( every Thursday), the people are super friendly, for sure you will get a warm welcoming.

The second place was Chaouen or Chefchaouen, it’s in the North. It’s also called ‘Blue City’, quiet, peaceful, and very relaxed.

Before my trip I heard a lot of good stuff, but when I was there it’s much better, specially the trekking from Chaouen to Akchour ( amazing national parc 25 km from Chaouen) with a local guide.

I hope you will enjoy my vision of Morocco and it make you want to explore this beautiful country!
